The work.
Real tools solving real problems for churches and nonprofits. Every project starts with a mission — here's what we've shipped.
Every project here was designed and built by Rachel Allyson, former Executive Director at Journey Church — #1 on Outreach Magazine's 2025 Fastest‑Growing Churches in America. She builds for the problems she ran.
Case 01
OnArk.
Church next steps that run 24/7 — so guests don't slip through the cracks.
Between saying yes on Sunday and finishing a real next step, guests were slipping through the cracks. OnArk puts a church's growth track, membership class, baptism class, and volunteer onboarding online — self-paced, running around the clock, with DISC and Spiritual Gifts assessments and Planning Center sync built in.
Impact
- Guests finish a real next step instead of stalling after signup.
- Serve teams grow as onboarding runs itself, self-paced.
- Pastors get their evenings back — no more repeating the same class in person.

Case 02
NeedBridge.
Connecting community needs with people who care.
Nonprofits were losing momentum to volunteer coordination bottlenecks and tool friction. NeedBridge made response simple by letting case workers post needs and volunteers claim them directly from email.
Impact
- Lowered friction by letting volunteers respond directly from email.
- Shortened response time between posted needs and claimed support.
- Improved accountability with completion tracking and audit history.

Case 03
Soultrics.
Church metrics that remember every number is a person.
Church leaders needed visibility into health and performance without drowning in manual reporting. Soultrics connected Planning Center data into role-specific dashboards that turned scattered metrics into clear direction.
Impact
- Created one source of truth for leadership reporting conversations.
- Made trends visible earlier with role-specific dashboards.
- Supported better decisions with clear retention and growth signals.
